Cherry Lane- March 17, 2015

What a great day at Cherry Lane! We got such a great deal accomplished during the team meetings today!

Here is a brief breakdown of topics and ideas that we spoke about during the meetings:

Organizing Google Drive 

• Files and folder 
• Moving Files and folders 
• Creating new files and moving them into folders 
• Creating new folders and moving files into them 
• Color coding folders 

Google Docs 

• Creating Word Art 
• Adding New Fonts 
• Changing Margin Size (and maintaining that as a default) 
• Creating and editing tables (changing table size, merging cells, making table boarder "invisible") 
• Making Engage NY more "user friendly" through the use of Dochub (A chrome web store app) 

GMail 

• Themes (backgrounds) 
• Spam Label 
• Labels 
• Contact/Distribution lists 

Overall, it was a great and productive day. Cherry Lane is off and running to a great Google start!
