Doc to Form Add-on

Google Forms can be quite intimidating to some people that may not understand the layout and how it works.  Well to those of us that are comfortable creating quizzes and tests in Docs, Google has created a great cross platform Add-on to help transition into forms! This is called Doc to Form.  Doc to Form is a Google Doc Add-on that "allows you to quickly and easily create a Google Form from within a Doc. Simply select text and click a button to add your questions. You can choose from a variety of question types - ideal for converting traditional worksheets to Google Forms."  Follow the steps in the document below for how to take a previously made Google Doc (or uploaded Word Document) and convert it into a Google Form using Doc to Form.
