How to get the most from your PD

I often hear people say that they go to YouTube to learn new skills, DIY's or "How To's".  YouTube is the second largest search engine just behind Google.  This year, my goal is to reach as many people, teachers, administrators and staff members as possible through the Emerging Tech Ed Blog and the Google Help Videos.
